It works in partnership with established home builders, and other stakeholders to provide quality homes and excellent customer service by combining property expertise and a straightforward approach with the efficiencies of good technology.

Renters will benefit from longer leases with certainty of monthly costs for 12 months at a time. They will be able to ‘self-manage’ reactive maintenance through a customer portal ensuring strong customer satisfaction and good state of property repair.
For home builders, rising interest rates and the cessation of the Government’s Help to Buy programme is creating uncertainty. We seek to mitigate this, by partnering with home builders looking to expand their building activities, whilst simultaneously addressing uncertainty created by market cyclicality.
