PMM Real Estate finance provides €30M facility to refinance Westpark business campus
PMM Real Estate Finance has closed its inaugural transaction in Ireland, providing a facility of up to €30m to Westpark Shannon Limited to refinance the Westpark Business Campus located on the west coast of Ireland.
The property comprises two fully tenanted grade A offices providing over 200,000 sq. ft. of space, four development plots, car parking and ancillary land located adjacent to Shannon International airport.
Westpark Business Campus has attracted global blue-chip companies including GE Capital Aviation Services, AerCap and DHL. In addition, the campus is host to several SME’s involved in the aviation, finance and IT sectors.
