PMM Real Estate Finance provides a further £2.6m capex facility to fund a ‘Cat A’ fit out on 40,000 sq.ft of vacant space
PMM Real Estate Finance (REF) has provided a £2.6m additional capex facility to 107 Station Street in addition to the £6.5m facility provided in December 2017.
The incremental facility will be used to undertake a landlord Category A fit out on 40,000 sq. ft. of vacant space based on a pre-let to Inspired Gaming (UK).
We are pleased to continue to support the occupancy of the property attracting a quality tenant for a significant amount of space. It is pleasing to see the original business plan being executed and we look forward to attracting further tenants to this unique property.
