PMM is proud to continue supporting charity partner, Single Homeless Project

PMM, the specialist real estate asset manager, announces a further donation to the Single Homeless Project (SHP), one of its charity partners dedicated to helping homeless people find a job, secure a sustainable income and transform their lives.

This will be PMM’s second donation to SHP, who have been tackling the underlying causes of homelessness across the London boroughs for 40 years.

Since partnering with SHP in November 2018, PMM has enabled SHP to support 384 people through a variety of life changing programmes, including supporting users with their journey into employment. PMM volunteers have also helped deliver 1,450 essential items to SHP hostels as well as making a £500 contribution to the SHP Sports Day. A further £500 matched giving pledge to SHP’s Big Give Campaign helped the charity to beat their target and raise £6,500 for their Christmas campaign which involved volunteers delivering personalised gifts and providing Christmas decorations to 800 homeless clients living in SHP hostels.

PMM’s additional commitment will help SHP reach a further 200 homeless people, and will accelerate the Achieving Potential programme. This powerful initiative provides a clear pathway to independence and into the local community. PMM will also work closely with SHP on new initiatives, including support for people sleeping rough, and employees will have the opportunity to volunteer to support impactful campaigns.

We are extremely grateful for PMM’s support and commitment over the past two years. Through their generous donation and time, we have been able to make tangible differences to people’s lives. Our strong partnership, along with the additional funding, will enable us to help a further 200 homeless people into employment and training.

CEO, Single Homeless Project

SHP provides incredible support to communities across London and we look forward to continuing our close partnership with them. Our first donation helped many people into employment, education and training, and we are delighted to continue to support SHP as it develops innovative ways to support vulnerable people through the Achieving Potential Programme. The PMM team is committed to doing our part in preventing homelessness and we are proud to work with SHP to support this.
