PMM continues to support one of its charity partners, SPEAR
PMM, the specialist real estate asset manager, announces a further donation to SPEAR, one of its charity partners, for people experiencing homelessness in South West London.
This is PMM’s second donation to SPEAR, which helps people experiencing homelessness find secure accommodation and work towards a positive future.
PMM’s first donation helped SPEAR reach over 200 rough sleepers in Wandsworth over the 2019/2020 year, an increase from 90 the previous year. SPEAR was able to support these people not only with safe and secure accommodation but also where necessary, medical help, access to welfare and skills and education.
PMM’s commitment will allow SPEAR to reach even more entrenched and vulnerable rough sleepers, which has become even more important following the coronavirus pandemic.
The support PMM has provided SPEAR has been invaluable and has enabled us to accelerate a number of our engagement initiatives. We’re grateful for PMM’s continued support, and we’re excited to continue a partnership that is truly making a difference in helping people experiencing homelessness find accommodation and a route to a more positive future.

We’re delighted to announce our continued support for SPEAR. The issue of homelessness is something we feel very strongly about and we chose SPEAR as one of our partners because of the life changing support they offer to some of London’s most vulnerable people. We are proud that our first donation has helped them to more than double their outreach and hope to continue to build on this with this latest donation.
