PMM Real Estate Finance provides a £7.2M loan to acquire and refurbish a London-based property
PMM Real Estate Finance (REF) has provided a £7.2m loan secured on 275 Grays Inn Road, London, to funds advised by Bywater Properties. The loan is a part refinancing of investor equity.
The property is predominantly office with a ground floor retail unit occupied by the Co-operative. The property was purchased largely vacant.
We are extremely pleased to support the acquisition and refurbishment of 275 Grays Inn Road. The borrower is undertaking a full refurbishment of the office space and we feel confident that the final product will be well received by the leasing market.
