Mike is one of QSix’s Founding Partners focused on the firm’s growth strategy and overseeing all aspects of the German residential business and Phoenix Spree Deutschland, the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser. Prior to founding QSix Mike was Managing Director and European Sector Head at UBS where he worked closely with Matthew Northover, with whom he founded QSix in 2006. Mike also held roles at Charterhouse Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson as an equity research analyst and LEK Partners within their corporate strategy division. Mike holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Matthew is one of QSix’s Founding Partners. As well as sitting on the firm’s senior management team, he chairs the group’s investment committee and heads up the UK residential business. Having qualified as a chartered accountant, and then worked in a number of strategy roles in industry, Matthew went on to spend 10 years in investment banking working for ABN, JP Morgan and UBS, before founding QSix in 2006. He has been closely involved in the establishment and operation of QSix’s German PRS and UK shared equity interest strategies and has sat on the boards of all QSix investment vehicles. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Cambridge University.

Jörg Schwagenscheidt

Jorg is a Partner of QSix, focusing on steering QSix Germany’s strategic initiatives and leveraging his extensive experience, industry contacts and political relationships. Prior to joining QSix Jörg was Co-CEO for GSW Immobilien AG, Berlin’s largest residential property company where he played an integral part in the IPO of GSW in 2011 and its subsequent combination with Deutsche Wohnen in 2013. During his eight years at GSW, Jörg oversaw the growth of the business, including a number of capital raisings and the acquisition of more than 15,000 residential units. Jörg holds an “Immobilienökonom” from the European Business School and is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Giles joined QSix in 2007 and is Partner and CFO responsible for financial strategy, management and control. Giles began his career as an analyst at AstraZeneca, after which he moved to the Financial Services industry where he held senior finance positions within the fixed income divisions of UBS and Nomura. Prior to joining QSix, Giles was General Manager for an AIM listed IT services company. Giles is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and holds a joint honours degree in Accounting and Business Economics from the University of Southampton.

Partner and Head of Specialist Mortgages

David joined QSix in 2014 and is Partner and Head of Specialist Mortgages. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 12 years advising on a wide range of private equity M&A transactions. David subsequently spent six years arranging leveraged finance at NIB Capital and Bank of Scotland. Prior to joining QSix, he led the work out team responsible for Lloyds Bank’s housebuilder distressed loan portfolio. David holds an MA (Hons) in Economics & Accountancy from the University of Edinburgh.

Stuart joined QSix in 2014 and is Partner and Head of Public Markets, largely responsible for raising capital within public markets and overseeing activities related to Phoenix Spree Deustchland, the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser. Stuart began his career at Ernst & Young and then spent over 20 years in investment banking, where he held senior equity research and marketing positions at Charterhouse Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Citigroup and Barclays Capital and worked on a wide spectrum of IPOs, acquisitions, corporate restructurings and recapitalisations. Stuart holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Glasgow.

Christian joined QSix in March 2024 as CEO of QSix’s German operation. He joined from Ivanhoe Cambridge where he created the German operation and was in charge of investments in Germany. In this role, he helped grow investments under management in less than 4 years by more than €1 billion, investing predominantly in value add residential and logistics assets. Prior to this, Christian held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and at Cerberus / LNR, where he grew the loan servicing platform to more than €4.5 billion of distressed commercial real estate debt under management. Concurrently, Christian was CEO of market listed Anterra AG. Subsequently, he was a board member at Hamburg Trust, then co-owned by Colony Capital, where he was in charge of Real Estate Asset Management and Investing. Christian started his career in the restructuring group of Heleba Commercial Bank where he focused on restructurings of large scale distressed commercial real estate debt. Christian also holds two state examinations in law and graduated from Bayreuth university.

Prithvi Acharya

Prithvi joined QSix in March 2022 and is responsible for preparing models for new investment opportunities across all types of real estate as well as assisting with underwriting including scenario analysis and market research to support all investment assumptions. Prior to Joining QSix, he spent 1 year in the Deleveraging and Lending Group at Morgan Stanley and prior to that spent 1 year in the CRE financing team at AgFe. Prtihvi holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath.

Kasia joined QSix in December 2020 as a Receptionist and Team Assistant. In April 2021 she was promoted to join the HR team as the HR Administrator and subsequently obtained her CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice in December 2021. Kasia works with the Head of Human Resources and Administration and provides support to the Operations Team, covering all aspects of office management, administration, HR and payroll. Prior to joining QSix, Kasia worked as a receptionist at Searcys London.

Samira joined QSix in July 2022 as a Receptionist and Team Assistant, providing support to the wider QSix team. Prior to joining QSix she worked for the NHS as an administrator where she managed diaries for several consultants and maintained the scheduling system for an outpatient day care unit across three London hospitals under Imperial College Healthcare NHS trust during the height of covid-19.

Jana joined QSix Germany as an Asset Manager in November 2019. Prior to joining QSix Jana worked for seven years at the property management company of Phoenix Spree Deutschland (the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser), CORE ImmobilienManagement GmbH. Jana has extensive real estate experience in the local market and holds a University Diploma in Business Administration from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg.

Christian joined QSix in August 2022 as Senior Accounts Assistant. Prior to joining QSix, Christian worked for over 10 years in various accounting roles across the construction, property and investment industries including roles at JLL and M&G Investments. Christian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Queen Mary University of London, a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Kingston University and continues to study towards the CIMA qualification.

Jakob joined QSix Germany in September 2022 as Senior Transaction Manager and is responsible for residential real estate investments across Germany and Europe. Jakob started his professional career in 2016 working for CBRE‘s Capital Markets team, advising institutional investors on mid to large scale residential transactions in Germany. Prior to joining QSix, Jakob worked for three years as Transaction Manager for new and re-developments of student, business, and senior apartment properties for IC/Brookfield in Berlin and The Flag in Frankfurt. Jakob graduated from Humboldt University of Berlin with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Economics, and holds a MSc in Urban Development from Kiel University.

Jyotiranjan joined QSix in June 2022 as a Financial Modelling Analyst and is responsible for building financial models and providing analytical support to investment activities of the firm. Prior to joining QSix, he spent 7 years at Citi Bank’s equity research team with a primary focus on financial modelling for listed equities. During that tenure he also worked on credit appraisal models for Citi clients. Jyotiranjan previously worked as equity analyst for institutional brokerage firms in India. He graduated from ICFAI University, India with a Masters degree in Finance and also holds CFA charter.

Devang has 14 years of real estate investment management experience.

Devang has built a portfolio and managed a €300m closed-end German residential fund. This has included developing and executing long-term asset management strategies to create and embed economic and social value into underlying assets. Devang currently manages investors’ interests in £250m of UK residential real estate.

Devang graduated from the University of London with a degree in Economics.

Dermot joined QSix in 2017 as General Counsel and is responsible for advising senior management on the Group’s legal strategies and their implementation as well as managing all legal matters for the firm. Prior to joining QSix, he spent eight years in finance as a senior product controller for JP Morgan and then Nomura, an Asia-based financial services group, before reverting to law and training and qualifying as a solicitor at Nomura in 2006. His 14-year legal career includes time within investment banking, private practice (at Ashurst and Hammonds, where he held the position of Associate within its Banking & Finance division) and as an independent legal consultant to Synechron. Dermot holds an LLB (Hons) in Law with French from the University of Kent at Canterbury and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

James joined QSix in November 2017 as Group Reporting Accountant and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s accounts. Before joining QSix, James worked for Paragon Asset Finance Limited, part of the Paragon Bank Group, as a group accountant and was responsible for the consolidation of the leasing companies. James holds a degree in Mathematics from Leeds University and is also ACCA qualified.

Prior to joining QSix, he spent 15 years in financial services originating, structuring and executing a range of capital markets transactions at ING, HBOS, and Lloyds Bank, with a primary focus on commercial real estate. Prior to that, James worked for a financial services venture capital company and as an engineer and business consultant for a large construction company. James graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Lynn Gilbert joined QSix in September 2020 as a senior adviser and investment committee member for the CRE business.  Lynn has been involved in real estate lending since 1987 and has headed up many successful teams at Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital. Lynn was a founding partner in a real estate advisory business and in 2012 was the co-fund manager on the mezzanine debt fund Renshaw Bay. In 2013 she joined M&G Investments as Head of Origination of their real estate debt funds and in 2017 became part of the 4 person Investment Committee.   Since 2019 Lynn has concentrated on her advisory and NED roles. She is currently member of Group Board, Chair of Group IC and member of Group Treasury Committee at Hyde Housing Association.

Daryl joined HMS in 2015, initially to manage HMS’ Special Servicing Division and was appointed and was appointed as a Board Director in 2022. Daryl brings a wealth of experience from across multiple disciplines within the property market. Initially qualifying as a valuation surveyor in 1983, Daryl later pivoted into the high-end estate agency sector market, becoming an equity partner and latterly a director for an international property investment company. Daryl’s final role prior to HMS was working within the residential asset management division of a major UK based property services group, specialising in property repossessions for many of the UK’s leading banks and mortgage providers. Throughout his career Daryl has been involved in originating and executing UK real estate transactions for corporate and international clients. Daryl is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Society of Mortgage Professionals.

Karen joined QSix in 2021 and oversees finance for private funds. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant through EY, she has specialised in Financial Reporting, Treasury and FP&A in Real Estate. Prior to joining QSix, she supported Blackstone in building their BTR and Affordable Housing portfolio with Sage Housing. Karen holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree and has completed a higher diploma in Accounting.

Karolin joined QSix Germany in 2019 as an office manager and assistant to the Managing Partner in Berlin. She has overall responsibility for the administrative support of the Berlin office, coordinating employee work, managing travel schedules and supporting the team in a number of duties. Before joining QSix, Karolin worked for Capital Bay GmbH as an assistant to the CEO in the Transaction Management Department. Prior to this, Karolin worked for Intown Property Management GmbH as an office assistant and assistant to the Board.

Leslye joined QSix in December 2020 and is responsible for implementing QSix’s ESG framework across the group and its various investment strategies, guided by QSix’s own ethos, and incorporating current and evolving ESG regulation. Prior to working with QSix, Leslye was an Equity Stockbroker at HSBC in the UK, latterly specialising in ESG solutions for global institutional investors, having previously worked  at Deutsche Bank and Kleinwort Benson.  She holds an MBA from London Business School and the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.  She has worked in the UK, US and France.

Sabine joined QSix Germany in March 2016 as a Senior Asset Manager and since has worked her way up to Managing Director. Sabine has more than 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining QSix, she worked at Degewo AG, the largest public housing company in Berlin, at GSW Immobilien AG, which in 2013 merged with Deutsche Wohnen and at Gagfah AG / Vonovia AG, managing organisational development and the integration project after the takeover. Sabine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from VWA (Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie) Berlin.

Before joining QSix, Michael worked for a larger Berlin housing company as technical project manager where he was able to acquire extensive experience in technical management of residential and commercial buildings.

Head of European Transactions

Eduard joined QSix in 2020. He heads up the Dutch office and is sourcing CRE debt investments. He will also develop a new CRE debt strategy specifically tailored towards the Dutch market. Prior to joining QSix, he spent over four years in the CRE debt team within BlackRock. Prior to BlackRock, he was eight years with ING Real Estate Finance working across some of the bank’s most notable loan restructurings. Eduard has been involved in the structuring and closing of over €9.0bn of CRE loans across Europe since 2006. He served on the Board of Advisors of CREFC Europe from 2015 to 2019. Eduard earned an MSc in Economics and Business cum laude from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Jasdeep joined QSix in 2017 and oversees execution and management of all loans, in addition to running CRE investor reporting and relations. Prior to joining QSix, Jasdeep was a Vice President at Situs, leading commercial real estate loan advisory projects throughout Europe, before joining boutique investment firm, Rhino Investment Management as Director, where she focused on building debt lending opportunities in the European commercial real estate markets. Jasdeep is a qualified lawyer, graduating from Cardiff University with an LLB and postgraduate diploma in Law.

Luisa joined QSix in 2012 to support the asset management activities for the firm’s German residential business and specifically Phoenix Spree Deutschland, the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser. Luisa has since transitioned to the Specialist Mortgages area of the business and as part of the asset management team is involved in the management of the existing portfolios, as well as assisting on the acquisition of new shared equity and equity release opportunities. Luisa holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Camilla Riddell

Camilla joined QSix in October 2021 as Head of Compliance and is responsible for the regulatory risk and compliance requirements for the QSix group. Prior to joining QSix, Camilla was a consultant at Bovill, a specialist financial services regulatory consultancy, where she provided technical advice and hands on support to a wide number of financial institutions. Camilla holds a BA (Hons) degree in Classics from Leeds University and has also completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.

James Remmer

IT Support Engineer

James joined QSix in January 2022 as an IT Support Engineer where he is responsible for the day to day operations including managing Windows and Windows servers, user administrations and 0365 management. Prior to joining QSix, James worked for Parliament as a Service Desk Analyst where he supported staff and customers on their IT and digital needs. James is currently working towards his Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect.

Aymen joined QSix in 2021 and is responsible for commercial real estate debt origination in UK and Ireland. Prior to joining QSix, Aymen worked for 3 years at Cheyne Capital where he closed c.£1bn worth of debt transactions in the UK and France and has asset-managed a portfolio of debt and equity holdings valued at c.£500m. He was most recently an Investment Manager at Lamington Group (a UK aparthotel developer and operator) and previously worked for 3 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, in France and in Central Europe. Aymen holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris. In 2020, he was awarded the Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard Business School.

Pascal joined QSix Germany as an Asset Manager in September 2024. Before joining QSix, Pascal worked for six years as an asset manager at various real estate companies, including Akelius GmbH, Gewobag AG and Deutsche Asset One GmbH.  Pascal has extensive property experience in residential asset management and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin

Max joined QSix Germany in May 2023. He is primarily responsible for the acquisition of real estate investments in Germany. Prior to joining QSix Max worked for a real estate developer in Düsseldorf, focussing on sourcing and controlling. He also completed an internship at Primevest Capital Partners and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate economics.

Kevin joined QSix in August 2022 as IT Director and is responsible for managing the implementation, development and support of all IT systems for the QSix group. Prior to joining QSix, Kevin held a similar role at Lendscape, a leading software technology provider for all forms of secured finance, whose products and services are used by over 130 banks and finance providers across 50 countries. Kevin holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and IT and an MBA in Technology Management from the Open University.

Arndt von Tucher

Senior Transaction Manager

Arndt joined QSix Germany in June 2023 as Senior Transaction Manager and is responsible for all residential real estate investments across Germany and Europe. Arndt was already part of the QSix Germany team between 2018 and 2021. As Senior Acquisition Manager he was responsible for all Phoenix Spree Deutschland real estate acquisitions (Phoenix Spree Deutschland is the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser). Prior to joining QSix, Arndt worked as Transaction Manager for institutional investor and family offices. Arndt was also a valuer at Wuest Partner and spent seven years working in JLL’s residential valuation team in Berlin. Arndt holds an “Immobilienökonom” from the International Real Estate Business School and a diploma in geography from the Humboldt University of Berlin.

Addy joined QSix in June 2017 working in affiliated mortgage administration business Hampton Mortgage Servicing Limited. She initially worked as a Primary Servicing Associate and then laterally as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Her current role as Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the management of the data warehouse and production of management reporting. Prior to joining QSix, Addy was employed by Capita Conferences, the UK’s leading provider of conference services to the public sector, working in partnership with, and on the advice of, key government departments, experts, pressure groups and practitioners. Addy graduated with an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford.

Elina joined QSix in 2018 as a Fund Accountant. She is responsible for the review of financial information and monthly NAV, MI analysis and liaison with external fund administrators for the specialist mortgages and real estate finance funds. Prior to joining QSix, Elina worked at State Street Investment Bank and Trust as a fund accounting manager overseeing accounts and financial reporting for real estate investment clients. Elina started her career in 2008 and has over six years’ experience as an accountant within alternative investments and financial services. Elina holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Management from the Royal Holloway University of London. She is a fully qualified chartered accountant and a member of ACCA.

Head of UK Homebuilder Partnerships

James joined QSix in 2021 and is responsible for the origination of new homes in partnership with UK home builders. Prior to this, he was Eastern Divisional Chairman of Bovis (now Vistry Group). A qualified Chartered Surveyor, James has also held a variety of senior leadership positions with Barratt and Persimmon. During his career James has overseen the delivery of over 15,000 homes with a GDV in excess of £3.5bn. As well as his in depth knowledge of the development of residential assets in the UK he also has a wealth of experience in large scale transactions of properties from major developers to investors in the Shared Ownership and PRS sectors.

Gareth joined QSix in 2017 to establish the firm’s real estate finance business and is currently responsible for all commercial real estate debt investments and developing the lending platform. Prior to joining QSix, he was involved in establishing the debt advisory team of LNR Europe a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust. Prior to LNR, Gareth was a banker for Barclays Capital across large ticket corporate real estate financing and real estate M&A, latterly in the Middle East and subsequently led the recovery of the Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander real estate book on behalf of the bank’s administrators. Gareth holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.

André joined QSix Germany in 2018 as a Technical Project Manager with primary responsibility for overseeing the execution of contractors‘ work on the renovation of buildings within the Phoenix Spree Deutschaland portfolio (Phoenix Spree Deutschland is the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser). Prior to joining QSix, André worked in a large construction management office where he was responsible for the tendering of major construction projects, including large residential buildings and hotels; here he project managed the new building of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Berlin. He then spent three years with a real estate company where he was responsible for technical property management and gained extensive experience in the maintenance and renovation of residential and commercial buildings throughout Germany. André holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Staatliche Studienakademie Glauchau.

Bogna joined QSix in April 2015 and is responsible for administration, office, payroll and HR management. Prior to joining QSix, Bogna was Group Administration Manager at SCF Group, a tax planning company and Office Manager for Capital Business Links, a chartered accountants’ firm where she was responsible for supervising business operations, including all aspects of office, administration, training, recruitment, HR and payroll management. During this time Bogna was also responsible for managing a team of 30 people and leading two office relocation projects. She holds a Master’s degree in English Philology and in 2019 obtained her level 5 CIPD diploma in HR Management, followed by a level 3 ICB diploma in Payroll Management in 2021.

Chris joined QSix in March 2016 and is responsible for the financial control of the specialist mortgage and real estate funds. Prior to joining QSix, Chris worked for Churchill Insurance within corporate partnerships where he oversaw financial management reporting and planning. Prior to this, he spent eight years at Santander Asset Management where he held the position of Head of Finance. Chris is a qualified management accountant (CIMA) and holds a Master’s degree in International Banking & Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics from Southampton University.

Matthew is one of QSix’s Founding Partners. As well as sitting on the firm’s senior management team, he chairs the group’s investment committee and heads up the UK residential business. Having qualified as a chartered accountant, and then worked in a number of strategy roles in industry, Matthew went on to spend 10 years in investment banking working for ABN, JP Morgan and UBS, before founding QSix in 2006. He has been closely involved in the establishment and operation of QSix’s German PRS and UK shared equity interest strategies and has sat on the boards of all QSix investment vehicles. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Cambridge University.

Jorg is a Partner of QSix, focusing on steering QSix Germany’s strategic initiatives and leveraging his extensive experience, industry contacts and political relationships. Prior to joining QSix Jörg was Co-CEO for GSW Immobilien AG, Berlin’s largest residential property company where he played an integral part in the IPO of GSW in 2011 and its subsequent combination with Deutsche Wohnen in 2013. During his eight years at GSW, Jörg oversaw the growth of the business, including a number of capital raisings and the acquisition of more than 15,000 residential units. Jörg holds an “Immobilienökonom” from the European Business School and is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Giles joined QSix in 2007 and is Partner and CFO responsible for financial strategy, management and control. Giles began his career as an analyst at AstraZeneca, after which he moved to the Financial Services industry where he held senior finance positions within the fixed income divisions of UBS and Nomura. Prior to joining QSix, Giles was General Manager for an AIM listed IT services company. Giles is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and holds a joint honours degree in Accounting and Business Economics from the University of Southampton.

David joined QSix in 2014 and is Partner and Head of Specialist Mortgages. David subsequently spent six years arranging leveraged finance at NIB Capital and Bank of Scotland. Prior to joining QSix, he led the work out team responsible for Lloyds Bank’s housebuilder distressed loan portfolio. Stuart joined QSix in 2014 and is Partner and Head of Public Markets, largely responsible for raising capital within public markets and overseeing activities related to Phoenix Spree Deustchland, the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser. Prior to founding QSix Mike was Managing Director and European Sector Head at UBS where he worked closely with Matthew Northover, with whom he founded QSix in 2006. Mike also held roles at Charterhouse Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson as an equity research analyst and LEK Partners within their corporate strategy division. Mike holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Prithvi Acharya

Investment Associate

Prithvi joined QSix in March 2022 and is responsible for preparing models for new investment opportunities across all types of real estate as well as assisting with underwriting including scenario analysis and market research to support all investment assumptions. Prior to Joining QSix, he spent 1 year in the Deleveraging and Lending Group at Morgan Stanley and prior to that spent 1 year in the CRE financing team at AgFe. Prtihvi holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath.

Kasia joined QSix in December 2020 as a Receptionist and Team Assistant. In April 2021 she was promoted to join the HR team as the HR Administrator and subsequently obtained her CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice in December 2021. Kasia works with the Head of Human Resources and Administration and provides support to the Operations Team, covering all aspects of office management, administration, HR and payroll. Prior to joining QSix, Kasia worked as a receptionist at Searcys London.

Samira joined QSix in July 2022 as a Receptionist and Team Assistant, providing support to the wider QSix team. Prior to joining QSix she worked for the NHS as an administrator where she managed diaries for several consultants and maintained the scheduling system for an outpatient day care unit across three London hospitals under Imperial College Healthcare NHS trust during the height of covid-19.

Prior to joining QSix, Christian worked for over 10 years in various accounting roles across the construction, property and investment industries including roles at JLL and M&G Investments. Christian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Queen Mary University of London, a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Kingston University and continues to study towards the CIMA qualification.

Jyotiranjan joined QSix in June 2022 as a Financial Modelling Analyst and is responsible for building financial models and providing analytical support to investment activities of the firm. Prior to joining QSix, he spent 7 years at Citi Bank’s equity research team with a primary focus on financial modelling for listed equities. During that tenure he also worked on credit appraisal models for Citi clients. Jyotiranjan previously worked as equity analyst for institutional brokerage firms in India. He graduated from ICFAI University, India with a Masters degree in Finance and also holds CFA charter.

Devang has 14 years of real estate investment management experience.

Devang has built a portfolio and managed a €300m closed-end German residential fund. This has included developing and executing long-term asset management strategies to create and embed economic and social value into underlying assets. Devang currently manages investors’ interests in £250m of UK residential real estate.

Devang graduated from the University of London with a degree in Economics.

General Counsel

Dermot joined QSix in 2017 as General Counsel and is responsible for advising senior management on the Group’s legal strategies and their implementation as well as managing all legal matters for the firm. Prior to joining QSix, he spent eight years in finance as a senior product controller for JP Morgan and then Nomura, an Asia-based financial services group, before reverting to law and training and qualifying as a solicitor at Nomura in 2006. His 14-year legal career includes time within investment banking, private practice (at Ashurst and Hammonds, where he held the position of Associate within its Banking & Finance division) and as an independent legal consultant to Synechron. Dermot holds an LLB (Hons) in Law with French from the University of Kent at Canterbury and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

James joined QSix in November 2017 as Group Reporting Accountant and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s accounts. Before joining QSix, James worked for Paragon Asset Finance Limited, part of the Paragon Bank Group, as a group accountant and was responsible for the consolidation of the leasing companies. James holds a degree in Mathematics from Leeds University and is also ACCA qualified.

James joined QSix in February 2016 working within the Business Development team and responsible for several growth strategies for the firm. Prior to joining QSix, he spent 15 years in financial services originating, structuring and executing a range of capital markets transactions at ING, HBOS, and Lloyds Bank, with a primary focus on commercial real estate. Prior to that, James worked for a financial services venture capital company and as an engineer and business consultant for a large construction company. James graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Lynn Gilbert joined QSix in September 2020 as a senior adviser and investment committee member for the CRE business.  Lynn has been involved in real estate lending since 1987 and has headed up many successful teams at Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital. Lynn was a founding partner in a real estate advisory business and in 2012 was the co-fund manager on the mezzanine debt fund Renshaw Bay. In 2013 she joined M&G Investments as Head of Origination of their real estate debt funds and in 2017 became part of the 4 person Investment Committee.   Since 2019 Lynn has concentrated on her advisory and NED roles. She is currently member of Group Board, Chair of Group IC and member of Group Treasury Committee at Hyde Housing Association.

Daryl joined HMS in 2015, initially to manage HMS’ Special Servicing Division and was appointed and was appointed as a Board Director in 2022. Daryl brings a wealth of experience from across multiple disciplines within the property market. Initially qualifying as a valuation surveyor in 1983, Daryl later pivoted into the high-end estate agency sector market, becoming an equity partner and latterly a director for an international property investment company. Daryl’s final role prior to HMS was working within the residential asset management division of a major UK based property services group, specialising in property repossessions for many of the UK’s leading banks and mortgage providers. Throughout his career Daryl has been involved in originating and executing UK real estate transactions for corporate and international clients. Daryl is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Society of Mortgage Professionals.

Karen joined QSix in 2021 and oversees finance for private funds. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant through EY, she has specialised in Financial Reporting, Treasury and FP&A in Real Estate. Prior to joining QSix, she supported Blackstone in building their BTR and Affordable Housing portfolio with Sage Housing. Karen holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree and has completed a higher diploma in Accounting.

Leslye joined QSix in December 2020 and is responsible for implementing QSix’s ESG framework across the group and its various investment strategies, guided by QSix’s own ethos, and incorporating current and evolving ESG regulation. Prior to working with QSix, Leslye was an Equity Stockbroker at HSBC in the UK, latterly specialising in ESG solutions for global institutional investors, having previously worked  at Deutsche Bank and Kleinwort Benson.  She holds an MBA from London Business School and the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.  She has worked in the UK, US and France.

George joined QSix in 2018 as a Data Manager and is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s data warehouse and reporting systems. George has over 12 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence and application development gained from exposure to a variety of business areas ranging from FMCG companies to financial institutions across Europe. George graduated from the University of Lancaster with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and holds a Master’s degree in eBusiness Management from the University of Warwick.

Jasdeep joined QSix in 2017 and oversees execution and management of all loans, in addition to running CRE investor reporting and relations. Prior to joining QSix, Jasdeep was a Vice President at Situs, leading commercial real estate loan advisory projects throughout Europe, before joining boutique investment firm, Rhino Investment Management as Director, where she focused on building debt lending opportunities in the European commercial real estate markets. Jasdeep is a qualified lawyer, graduating from Cardiff University with an LLB and postgraduate diploma in Law.

Luisa joined QSix in 2012 to support the asset management activities for the firm’s German residential business and specifically Phoenix Spree Deutschland, the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser. Luisa has since transitioned to the Specialist Mortgages area of the business and as part of the asset management team is involved in the management of the existing portfolios, as well as assisting on the acquisition of new shared equity and equity release opportunities. Luisa holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Camilla Riddell

Head of Compliance

Camilla joined QSix in October 2021 as Head of Compliance and is responsible for the regulatory risk and compliance requirements for the QSix group. Prior to joining QSix, Camilla was a consultant at Bovill, a specialist financial services regulatory consultancy, where she provided technical advice and hands on support to a wide number of financial institutions. Camilla holds a BA (Hons) degree in Classics from Leeds University and has also completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.

James Remmer

IT Support Engineer

James joined QSix in January 2022 as an IT Support Engineer where he is responsible for the day to day operations including managing Windows and Windows servers, user administrations and 0365 management. Prior to joining QSix, James worked for Parliament as a Service Desk Analyst where he supported staff and customers on their IT and digital needs. James is currently working towards his Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect.

Aymen joined QSix in 2021 and is responsible for commercial real estate debt origination in UK and Ireland. Prior to joining QSix, Aymen worked for 3 years at Cheyne Capital where he closed c.£1bn worth of debt transactions in the UK and France and has asset-managed a portfolio of debt and equity holdings valued at c.£500m. He was most recently an Investment Manager at Lamington Group (a UK aparthotel developer and operator) and previously worked for 3 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, in France and in Central Europe. Aymen holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris. In 2020, he was awarded the Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard Business School.

IT Director

Kevin joined QSix in August 2022 as IT Director and is responsible for managing the implementation, development and support of all IT systems for the QSix group. Prior to joining QSix, Kevin held a similar role at Lendscape, a leading software technology provider for all forms of secured finance, whose products and services are used by over 130 banks and finance providers across 50 countries. Kevin holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and IT and an MBA in Technology Management from the Open University.

Addy joined QSix in June 2017 working in affiliated mortgage administration business Hampton Mortgage Servicing Limited. She initially worked as a Primary Servicing Associate and then laterally as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Her current role as Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the management of the data warehouse and production of management reporting. Prior to joining QSix, Addy was employed by Capita Conferences, the UK’s leading provider of conference services to the public sector, working in partnership with, and on the advice of, key government departments, experts, pressure groups and practitioners. Addy graduated with an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford.

Elina joined QSix in 2018 as a Fund Accountant. She is responsible for the review of financial information and monthly NAV, MI analysis and liaison with external fund administrators for the specialist mortgages and real estate finance funds. Prior to joining QSix, Elina worked at State Street Investment Bank and Trust as a fund accounting manager overseeing accounts and financial reporting for real estate investment clients. Elina started her career in 2008 and has over six years’ experience as an accountant within alternative investments and financial services. Elina holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Management from the Royal Holloway University of London. She is a fully qualified chartered accountant and a member of ACCA.

Head of UK Homebuilder Partnerships

James joined QSix in 2021 and is responsible for the origination of new homes in partnership with UK home builders. Prior to this, he was Eastern Divisional Chairman of Bovis (now Vistry Group). A qualified Chartered Surveyor, James has also held a variety of senior leadership positions with Barratt and Persimmon. During his career James has overseen the delivery of over 15,000 homes with a GDV in excess of £3.5bn. As well as his in depth knowledge of the development of residential assets in the UK he also has a wealth of experience in large scale transactions of properties from major developers to investors in the Shared Ownership and PRS sectors.

Gareth joined QSix in 2017 to establish the firm’s real estate finance business and is currently responsible for all commercial real estate debt investments and developing the lending platform. Prior to joining QSix, he was involved in establishing the debt advisory team of LNR Europe a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust. Prior to LNR, Gareth was a banker for Barclays Capital across large ticket corporate real estate financing and real estate M&A, latterly in the Middle East and subsequently led the recovery of the Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander real estate book on behalf of the bank’s administrators. Gareth holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.

Bogna joined QSix in April 2015 and is responsible for administration, office, payroll and HR management. Prior to joining QSix, Bogna was Group Administration Manager at SCF Group, a tax planning company and Office Manager for Capital Business Links, a chartered accountants’ firm where she was responsible for supervising business operations, including all aspects of office, administration, training, recruitment, HR and payroll management. During this time Bogna was also responsible for managing a team of 30 people and leading two office relocation projects. She holds a Master’s degree in English Philology and in 2019 obtained her level 5 CIPD diploma in HR Management, followed by a level 3 ICB diploma in Payroll Management in 2021.

Chris joined QSix in March 2016 and is responsible for the financial control of the specialist mortgage and real estate funds. Prior to joining QSix, Chris worked for Churchill Insurance within corporate partnerships where he oversaw financial management reporting and planning. Prior to this, he spent eight years at Santander Asset Management where he held the position of Head of Finance. Chris is a qualified management accountant (CIMA) and holds a Master’s degree in International Banking & Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics from Southampton University.

Christian joined QSix in March 2024 as CEO of QSix’s German operation. He joined from Ivanhoe Cambridge where he created the German operation and was in charge of investments in Germany. In this role, he helped grow investments under management in less than 4 years by more than €1 billion, investing predominantly in value add residential and logistics assets. Prior to this, Christian held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and at Cerberus / LNR, where he grew the loan servicing platform to more than €4.5 billion of distressed commercial real estate debt under management. Concurrently, Christian was CEO of market listed Anterra AG. Subsequently, he was a board member at Hamburg Trust, then co-owned by Colony Capital, where he was in charge of Real Estate Asset Management and Investing. Christian started his career in the restructuring group of Heleba Commercial Bank where he focused on restructurings of large scale distressed commercial real estate debt. Christian also holds two state examinations in law and graduated from Bayreuth university.

Jana joined QSix Germany as an Asset Manager in November 2019. Prior to joining QSix Jana worked for seven years at the property management company of Phoenix Spree Deutschland (the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser), CORE ImmobilienManagement GmbH. Jana has extensive real estate experience in the local market and holds a University Diploma in Business Administration from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg.

Jakob joined QSix Germany in September 2022 as Senior Transaction Manager and is responsible for residential real estate investments across Germany and Europe. Jakob started his professional career in 2016 working for CBRE‘s Capital Markets team, advising institutional investors on mid to large scale residential transactions in Germany. Prior to joining QSix, Jakob worked for three years as Transaction Manager for new and re-developments of student, business, and senior apartment properties for IC/Brookfield in Berlin and The Flag in Frankfurt. Jakob graduated from Humboldt University of Berlin with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Economics, and holds a MSc in Urban Development from Kiel University.

Karolin joined QSix Germany in 2019 as an office manager and assistant to the Managing Partner in Berlin. She has overall responsibility for the administrative support of the Berlin office, coordinating employee work, managing travel schedules and supporting the team in a number of duties. Before joining QSix, Karolin worked for Capital Bay GmbH as an assistant to the CEO in the Transaction Management Department. Prior to this, Karolin worked for Intown Property Management GmbH as an office assistant and assistant to the Board.

Sabine joined QSix Germany in March 2016 as a Senior Asset Manager and since has worked her way up to Managing Director. Sabine has more than 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining QSix, she worked at Degewo AG, the largest public housing company in Berlin, at GSW Immobilien AG, which in 2013 merged with Deutsche Wohnen and at Gagfah AG / Vonovia AG, managing organisational development and the integration project after the takeover. Sabine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from VWA (Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie) Berlin.

Yannis joined QSix Germany in July 2022. Yannis completed his training as a wholesale and international trade merchant and has now joined our asset management team in Berlin to widen his range of experiences.

Michael joined QSix in March 2021 as Technical Project Manager. He is responsible for technical quality management and monitoring of the refurbishment program of the Phoenix Spree Deutschland Portfolio. Before joining QSix, Michael worked for a larger Berlin housing company as technical project manager where he was able to acquire extensive experience in technical management of residential and commercial buildings.

Pascal joined QSix Germany as an Asset Manager in September 2024. Before joining QSix, Pascal worked for six years as an asset manager at various real estate companies, including Akelius GmbH, Gewobag AG and Deutsche Asset One GmbH.  Pascal has extensive property experience in residential asset management and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin

Max Stiller

Transaction Manager

Max joined QSix Germany in May 2023. He is primarily responsible for the acquisition of real estate investments in Germany. Prior to joining QSix Max worked for a real estate developer in Düsseldorf, focussing on sourcing and controlling. He also completed an internship at Primevest Capital Partners and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate economics.

Senior Transaction Manager

Arndt joined QSix Germany in June 2023 as Senior Transaction Manager and is responsible for all residential real estate investments across Germany and Europe. Arndt was already part of the QSix Germany team between 2018 and 2021. As Senior Acquisition Manager he was responsible for all Phoenix Spree Deutschland real estate acquisitions (Phoenix Spree Deutschland is the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser). Prior to joining QSix, Arndt worked as Transaction Manager for institutional investor and family offices. Arndt was also a valuer at Wuest Partner and spent seven years working in JLL’s residential valuation team in Berlin. Arndt holds an “Immobilienökonom” from the International Real Estate Business School and a diploma in geography from the Humboldt University of Berlin.

Senior Technical Manager

André joined QSix Germany in 2018 as a Technical Project Manager with primary responsibility for overseeing the execution of contractors‘ work on the renovation of buildings within the Phoenix Spree Deutschaland portfolio (Phoenix Spree Deutschland is the LSE listed German residential property fund for whom QSix is Property Adviser). Prior to joining QSix, André worked in a large construction management office where he was responsible for the tendering of major construction projects, including large residential buildings and hotels; here he project managed the new building of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Berlin. He then spent three years with a real estate company where he was responsible for technical property management and gained extensive experience in the maintenance and renovation of residential and commercial buildings throughout Germany. André holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Staatliche Studienakademie Glauchau.
